ReGlen
Customised glenoid baseplate augment for severe glenoid bone loss.
ReGlen is a patient-specific glenoid augment that restores bone stock and corrects version and inclination, enabling a stable anatomic or reverse shoulder arthroplasty where standard baseplates cannot seat.

Engineered around the patient's anatomy
Corrects version and inclination
Designed from CT to restore the glenoid to a planned version and inclination target.
Restores bone stock
Fills eccentric and cavitary defects so a standard baseplate can be seated securely.
Planned fixation
Screw trajectories are planned into the best remaining host bone, avoiding perforation.
Porous ingrowth surface
A porous titanium interface encourages osseointegration for durable fixation.
Single-stage reconstruction
Enables anatomic or reverse arthroplasty in one procedure in many cases.

Revision RSA — custom glenoid mini base plate
An anonymised example of the plan a surgeon approves before manufacturing — here a custom glenoid mini base plate for a revision reverse shoulder arthroplasty in a 74-year-old woman, left side.
Pre-operative condition
The scapula is segmented from CT with retained screw fragments and floating bone parts identified before any implant is drawn.

Scapula planning
The healthy contralateral scapula is mirrored (green) and matched to the deformed side to recover the scapular axis and glenoid centre, from which a 10° drilling axis for the reverse construct is set.
