I am grateful to work with Jajal Medical as a Design Lead. It has given me a lot of exposure to many surgeons, their knowledge and ideas which can make someone's life better by using customized surgical planning and 3D printing technology. Also the people at Jajal Medical are humble and supportive, which makes me learn new things seamlessly. Before I joined Jajal Medical I was hoping to make a design which helps people and makes them happy; after joining here I think my dream has come true. We all are working as a team to make patients' lives better.
I have gained significant learning and practical exposure through various trainings, new responsibilities, and hands-on experience. The supportive and cooperative nature of my team has played an important role in my professional growth and has made the learning process even more enjoyable. I am grateful to work in the field of patient-specific customized implants and surgical solutions. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work closely with many surgeons and understand their clinical requirements, which has helped me grow both professionally and personally. Working on customized surgical planning, 3D models, guides and implants gives me the opportunity to contribute to challenging cases and help improve patient outcomes. The best part of my work is seeing an idea turn into a practical solution for a patient. I truly enjoy working with surgeons, engineers and clinical teams to solve complex problems. Every case teaches me something new, and I believe continuous learning and teamwork are the key to creating better solutions for patients.
My two years at Jajal Medical have been a rewarding journey of learning, growth, and continuous improvement. As a Segmentation Engineer, I’ve gained valuable experience working on complex medical imaging cases and developing my expertise in 3D medical workflows. I’m proud to be part of a collaborative team that combines technology, precision, and innovation to support better surgical planning and patient care.

Segmentation, CAD, metal printing and QC all happen under one ISO 13485 roof.

Planning sessions put you in the room with orthopaedic, neuro and OMF specialists.

Move deeper into orthopaedics, oncology reconstruction, CMF, additive manufacturing or regulatory.
