At Jajal Medical Services Pvt. Ltd we produce every custom-made implant to the highest standards of quality, safety and precision. Because our products are personalised and used in medical procedures, the following policy applies to returns and refunds.
As custom-made implants are designed for one individual's needs, we generally do not accept returns once an implant has been produced and delivered, for hygiene, safety and legal reasons. Exceptions: implants that are defective, damaged or do not match the specifications of your order (full refund or replacement); manufacturing errors that make the implant unsuitable, such as a size or material error (replacement or refund); and medical complications, where an implant is not compatible with the patient's condition following professional medical advice, assessed case by case.
Once an implant has been used or implanted it is a final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Returns and exchanges are also not accepted where a patient's medical condition changes or the implant is no longer needed, or where specification changes are requested after manufacturing has begun unless agreed before production. For delayed surgery, our internal assessment and testing advise a six-month expiry because of anatomical changes; we are not liable if surgery is delayed.
Refunds are issued where an implant is faulty or not made to the order specifications — a full refund or replacement by agreement — or where a medical professional determines the implant is unsuitable or incompatible with the patient's body, assessed for refund or replacement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been verified and processed.
Where an implant does not meet requirements because of a manufacturing error, we may offer an exchange for a corrected or re-manufactured implant. Exchanges are accepted only if the implant is in its original, unused condition and has not been implanted.
Our custom-made implants carry a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for six months. The warranty does not cover improper use, external damage or medical complications unrelated to the product. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased and excludes damages arising from improper use or medical complications resulting from the implant.
If you have concerns about a custom-made implant, or wish to request a return or refund because of a defect or error, contact us immediately on receiving the implant at info@jajalmedical.com or through our support page. We may update this policy at any time; changes are communicated through our website or by email and apply to future purchases.
Consult your doctor or healthcare provider before deciding to order a custom-made implant. Before manufacturing we supply detailed specifications of the implant, and it is the responsibility of the customer or healthcare provider to confirm the design is correct.
